TableBridge — Privacy Policy

Effective date: July 5, 2026 · Contact: chandanyadav.developer@gmail.com

TableBridge ("the app", "we") is a Shopify application that synchronizes a merchant's store data into the merchant's own Airtable base. This policy describes what data the app handles and how.

What we store

For each installed shop, the app stores:

What we do not store

The app keeps no copy of your products, orders, or customers. Store data is read from Shopify and written directly into the Airtable base you control. During synchronization, individual records pass through the app's processing queue transiently and are deleted from it once written to Airtable, typically within seconds.

Customer personal data

By default, the app excludes customer personal information (such as names and email addresses) from synced order records. A merchant may explicitly enable an optional setting to include customer name and email on order rows in their own Airtable base. When enabled, that data is transmitted to Airtable and is governed by the merchant's and Airtable's own policies; the app still retains no copy beyond transient processing.

Where data is processed

The app is hosted on Railway (cloud infrastructure). Data is exchanged with Shopify and with Airtable via their APIs, over encrypted (HTTPS) connections, solely to provide the synchronization service. We do not sell data, share it with advertisers, or use it for any purpose other than operating the app.

Data deletion

Data requests

Because the app stores no customer records, customer data access or deletion requests are fulfilled from your Shopify store and your Airtable base directly. For any questions about data held by the app, contact us at chandanyadav.developer@gmail.com and we will respond promptly.

Changes

If this policy changes materially, the effective date above will be updated and significant changes will be noted in the app's listing or interface.
